      Efdee signs on Mukuenze

      by

      .

NAMIBIAN gospel sensation Ndondi Kandjembe, known in the music industry as Mukuenze, recently signed under Efdee Music Productions.

The artist described his signing with the label as a life-changing experience and expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the team.

“Through Efdee Music Productions, I've a bigger platform to reach my highest potential. The label is headed in the direction I want to invest and contribute to, all for the glory of God.

“I've been working behind the scenes on a lot of music, so I'm happy that I was given this opportunity to showcase my talent,” he says.

Efdee Music Productions is headed by Leopold 'Dee'A' Vatilifa.

According to Vatilifa, Mukuenze, along with his art, is a great alignment of the core values that form part of Efdee Music Productions.

These values include family, unity and a mission of spreading the word of God and love through music.

“Diversification is pivotal in growth and perpetuating a culture of quality music, more so gospel music, with a core message of the power of transformation in Jesus Christ.

“Mukuenze encapsulates both those aspects and adds a flavour to the label that has been lacking,” says Vatilifa.

He described Mukuenze as an artist who is equipped not only as an artist but also as a producer with a wealth of musical knowledge, which is what gospel lovers would love.

“His manoeuvring ability around genres makes him a force to reckon with, bringing Afro-pop and soul together while occasionally visiting the faculty of hip-hop,” he adds.

Before Mukuenze announced that he was a born-again Christian, he had already recorded a number of gospel songs.

The 'Pull up' hit-maker says the songs only need to be mastered and subsequently released as an EP titled '16 Bars'.

“These are songs that will have you feeling happy and calm, and thinking about important things on your way home after a long day,” says Mukuenze.

Efdee Music Productions is dedicated to the matriculation of quality gospel music primarily across the local sphere.

The label stands on the axiom of a life-transforming God and his amazing grace to allow them to be his mouthpiece in a world that is so desperate for God, even without its knowledge.
